AGREEMENT FOR REIMBURSEMENT FOR <br />OFF-SITE STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT COSTS <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 15th day of May, <br />1990, by and between THEODORE MAVRIDIS AND CORRINE MAVRIDIS, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Developer," and THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, hereinafter referred to as "City." <br />W I T N E S S E T H' <br />WHEREAS, Developer is the owner of real property generally <br />known as 4319 Railroad Avenue in the City of Pleasanton, County of <br />Alameda, State of California. <br />WHEREAS, Developer contemplates constructing a new facility <br />on aforementioned real property; and <br />WHEREAS, it has been a long-standing practice of City to <br />require the construction of storm drainage improvements at such <br />time as real property is developed and redeveloped in the City; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Developer recognizes its obligation to provide said <br />storm drainage improvements upon the development of said real <br />property; and <br />WHEREAS, City intends to complete design on storm drainage <br />improvements and street improvements on Railroad Avenue in the <br />vicinity of Developer's real property and call for competitive <br />bids for the construction of storm drainage and street <br />improvements to Railroad Avenue; and <br />ORiGiNAL <br />
