• <br />• <br />SUBDIVISION~AGREEMENT <br />TRACT NO. 6320, LAGUNA OAKS, UNIT B, PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />THIS AGREEMENT made and entered at Pleasanton, California, this <br />20th day of October, 1992, by and between: <br />Ahmanson Development <br />1370 Valley Vista Drive, Suite .100 <br />Diamond Bar, CA 91765 <br />Attn: Mr. Craig Page <br />(hereinafter referred ~o as 10Subdivider") and the CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, a general law city, located in Alameda County, <br />California, acting through the City Manager and the City Clerk, <br />(hereinafter referred to as "City"). <br />WHEREAS, Subdivider and City entered into a Subdivision <br />Agreement on October 16, 1990 for Tract 6320, Laguna Oaks, Unit B, <br />Pleasanton, California; and <br />WHEREAS, said Agreement required Subdivider to construct <br />certain public improvements within the subdivision within a one <br />year time frame; and <br />WHEREAS, Subdivider commenced work on the public improvements, <br />including, massive grading, rough grading, tree removal and storm <br />drain improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, work on the public improvements ended in 1991 due to <br />a downturn in the residential housing market; and <br />WHEREAS, the October 16, 1990 Subdivision Agreement expired on <br />October 16, 1991; and <br />WHEREAS, subdivider now wishes to recommence work on the public <br />improvement for this subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, City is willing to enter into a new Subdivision <br />Agreement if certain assurances are provided; and <br />WHEREAS, Subdivider is willing to provide such assurances. <br />- 1 <br />
