<br />REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT
<br />THIS AGREEMENT entered at Pleasanton, California, this
<br />~i.~. , 1971, by and between the
<br />CITY OF PLEASANTON, a general law City, loca ed in Alameda
<br />County., .California, (hereafter called "City")
<br />and Richard H. McDonnell, doing business as Hacienda
<br />Mobile Home Park (hereinafter referred to as "Developer".)
<br />is subject to the following terms and conditions:
<br />W I T N E S S E T H
<br />WHEREAS, Developer is the owner of real property in the City
<br />of Pleasanton, .County of Alameda, State of California, describ ed
<br />as follows.:
<br />All that real property situated in the Township of Pleasanton,
<br />County of Alameda, State. of California.
<br />Portion of Plot.5 of Bernal Portion of Rancho E1 Valle de San Jose,
<br />as said plot is described in the decree dated April 1, 1869, ren-
<br />dered by Third District Court, Alameda County, in Case No. 1723.,
<br />entitled, Augustin Bernal, et al., plaintiffs, vs. Juan Pablo
<br />Bernal, et al., defendants, a certified copy whereof was recorded
<br />April 12,..1869, in Book 40 of Deeds, at page 315, Alameda County
<br />Records,. being also a portion of 45.81 acre tract conveyed by
<br />Pietro Delpiano to Rosie Delpiano, his wife, by deed dated March 3,
<br />1828, and recorded April 13, 1928, (Y/26925), in Book 1858 of Offi-
<br />cial Records of Alameda County. at page 112, described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the center line of Vineyard Avenue, 50
<br />feet in width., said. point .being also on the southerly line of said
<br />Plot. 5, distant thereon East, 1178.64 feet from the southwesterly
<br />corner of said Plot 5; thence continuing along the said center line
<br />of Vineyard Avenue, East, b09.48 feet to the intersection thereof
<br />with the westerly line of .that. certain parcel of land conveyed to
<br />Le Roy J. Amaral, et u~ ,by Deed recorded on Reel 1502., Image 844,
<br />Alameda County Records; thence along the said westerly line, N. 1°
<br />141.51" W., 126.3..73 feet to the intersection thereof with a north-
<br />erly line of that certain 45.81 acre parcel of land conveyed to
<br />Rosie Delpiano, recorded in Book 1.85$, Official Records, page 112,
<br />Alameda County Records; thence along said northerly line and along
<br />the northeasterly, easterly and northerly lines of said 45.81 acre
<br />parcel, N. 85° 291 00" W., .53.34 feet, N. 48° 33' 00" W., 382.80
<br />feet, N. 0° 40' O1" W., 20.1..96 feet, N. 85° 28' 55t' E., _217.80 feet,
<br />and S. 61° 45' 00" W., 5.28 feet to the intersection thereof with.
<br />the westerly line of said .45.81 acre parcel; thence along said west-
<br />erly line S. 0° 44' 17" W., 1737.78 feet to the point of beginning.
<br />said property being commonly known as 3153 Vineyard Avenue, Pleasanton
<br />California, and designated as Parcel 14-4, Alameda County Assessor's
