CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-06 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF RESURFACING OF VARIOUS CITY <br /> STREETS, PROJECT NO. 885019 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Oliver de Silva, Inc. on the resurfacing of <br /> various City streets has been satisfactorily <br /> completed; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The work on the resurfacing of various city <br /> streets is hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: Ten percent (10%) of the total contract or <br /> $16,414.26 will be retained until thirty (30) days <br /> after filing of the Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: The City Attorney is directed to file a Notice of <br /> Completion with the Alameda County Recorder. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 3, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />~f Walkerr City Cle <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
