IN THE PLANNINGCOMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PIEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />Remolution #52 <br />WH.REAS, the application of ValYy Office Equipment, 416 Main Street, <br />Pleasanton, for a Conditional Zoning Permit to sell and service new and <br />used office equipment at 416 Main Street has regularly come before this <br />Planning Commission; the matter having been considered by the Planning <br />Commission and the need of a public hearing having been waived: <br />NOW THEREFORE BE TT RESOLVID AS FOLLOWS: <br />1• That the conditions of the pertinent sections of Ordinance No. <br />276 have been met. <br />2• That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest <br />in this matter. <br />3• That the Conditional Zoning Permit is hereby granted. <br />DATED; February 5, 1959 <br />~,~ , <br />/,~~ ,~ > , <br />V.
