IN THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLF~ISANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. $8 <br />Granting Conditional Zoning Permit on Application of Alameda County Trailer <br />Court, Alameda County Fairgrounds, Pleasanton, California, filed February ~+, <br />1960, for commercial use. <br />The above described application, having been duly considered, pursuant <br />to Ordinance No. 293, of the City of Pleasanton, and good cause appearing; <br />NOW THEREFORE, the Planning Commission does hereby resolve as follows: <br />1) That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest <br />in this matter. <br />2) That the Planning Commission finds the conditions of Section 2.22 <br />of Ordinance No. 293 pertaining to commercial uses have been met. <br />3) That a CONDITIONAL ZONING PERMIT is hereby granted fora period of <br />six (6) months, effective this date, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />a) Permanent trailers must meet standards as laid down in regulati <br />b) There are to be 1$ trailers per acre <br />c) Temporary trailers must meet State Code and are to be used dur- <br />ing the period three weeks proceeding and two weeks following <br />the Fair <br />d) Future expansion of permanent trailers must meet regulations <br />e) Access road be paved to Bernal <br />~+) That the Secretary is hereby instructed to forward copies of this <br />Resolution to the applicant, city officers and any other interested <br />parties. <br />ADOPTED this February ~+, 1960 <br />ATTEST: <br />., <br />Secretary <br />`~--~' Z cc ~ ~ <br />Pleasanton Planning Commi s <br />
