PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-101 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-89-16, THE <br />APPLICATION OF DELTA PROPERTIES, INC. <br />WHEREAS, Reynolds and Brown have applied for Planned Unit <br />Development major modification and design review <br />approval for a 155,096 sq. ft. mixed use retail center, <br />including a future drive-thru restaurant located at the <br />northwest corner of Owens Drive and Johnson Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 25, <br />1989, the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposal would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment and approved a Negative Declaration. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Recommends approval of Case PUD-89-16, the <br />application of Reynolds and Brown (Home Depot) for <br />Planned Unit Development major modification and design <br />review approval for a 155,096 sq. ft. mixed use retail <br />center which includes an approximately 102,000 sq. ft. <br />home improvement store, 49,300 sq. ft. ancillary retail <br />and a future drive-thru restaurant located at the <br />northwest corner of Owens Drive and Johnson Drive <br />subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached <br />hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
