PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-84 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />CASE PUD-89-14, THE APPLICATION OF CURRIN CONSTRUCTION <br />WHEREAS, Currin Construction has applied to rezone an <br />approximately 39,500 sq. ft. site from the "A" <br />(Agricultural) District to the PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Office District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 27, 1989, the Planning <br />Commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />PUD-89-14; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated September 5, 1989 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held September 27, <br />1989, at which time the public was given the opportunity <br />to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for <br />Case PUD-89-14, the application of Currin Construction <br />to rezone an approximately 39,500 sq. ft. site from the <br />"A" (Agricultural) District to the PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Office District; and <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
