PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-95-79 RESOLUTION MAKING THE PUD FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF C.F. HUMPHREYS FOR PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-9S-0S WHEREAS, C.F. Humphreys has applied for development plan approval for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) to allow the subdivision of a 14.65 acre parcel into a 1.33i acre parcel and a 13.32i acre remainder parcel located at 986 Sycamore Road; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) _ LDR (Low Density Residential); and WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of October 11, 1995, the Planning Commission, considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) was prepared and certified for the North Sycamore Specific Plan; therefore, no additional environmental document was prepared for this application; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made the PUD findings as attached hereto and made a part of this case by reference; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed development plan will accommodate the development of the property in a manner consistent with the North Sycamore Specific Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Makes the PUD findings and recommends approval of Case PUD-9S-0S, the application of C.F. Humphreys for development plan approval for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) to allow the subdivision of a 14.65 acre parcel into a 1.33i acre parcel and a 13. 32i acre remainder parcel located at 986 Sycamore Road, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. .
