<br />PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-95-79 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MAKING THE PUD FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDING <br />APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF C.F. HUMPHREYS FOR PUD <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-9S-0S <br /> <br />WHEREAS, C.F. Humphreys has applied for development plan approval <br />for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) to allow the <br />subdivision of a 14.65 acre parcel into a 1.33i acre <br />parcel and a 13.32i acre remainder parcel located at 986 <br />Sycamore Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />_ LDR (Low Density Residential); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of October 11, 1995, <br />the Planning Commission, considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) was prepared and <br />certified for the North Sycamore Specific Plan; <br />therefore, no additional environmental document was <br />prepared for this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made the PUD findings as attached <br />hereto and made a part of this case by reference; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed <br />development plan will accommodate the development of the <br />property in a manner consistent with the North Sycamore <br />Specific Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Makes the PUD findings and recommends approval of Case <br />PUD-9S-0S, the application of C.F. Humphreys for <br />development plan approval for a Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) to allow the subdivision of a 14.65 acre parcel <br />into a 1.33i acre parcel and a 13. 32i acre remainder <br />parcel located at 986 Sycamore Road, subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />. <br />
