<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-95-74 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF RICHARD <br />AND JEANETTE IRBY TO REZONE AN APPROXIMATELY 9.26 ACRE PARCEL, <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-95-04 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Richard and Jeanette Irby has applied to rezone an <br />approximately 9.26 acre parcel from the "Agricultural" <br />District to the Service Commercial (C-S) District located <br />at 3780 stanley Boulevard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is Agricultural (A) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of September 27, 1995, <br />the Planning commission after, considering all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application, recommended <br />approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for this <br />project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed <br />rezoning would bring the parcel into conformance with the <br />City's General Plan designation for the parcel and <br />provide appropriate development standards and permitted/ <br />conditional uses for the future development of the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case RZ-95-04, the application <br />of Richard and Jeanette Irby to rezone an approximately <br />9.26 acre parcel from the "Agricultural" District to the <br />Service Commercial (C-S) Distr~ct located at 3780 Stanley <br />Boulevard. <br /> <br />section 2. This resolution is effective immediately upon its <br />passage and adoption. <br />
