FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> <br />This First Amendment to Agreement ("First Amendment") is entered into this 20th day of <br />August 2025 by the City of Pleasanton ("City") and Sun Ridge Systems, Inc. ("Contractor”) <br /> <br />Whereas, on January 5, 2024, the City and Contractor entered into a Software and <br />Services Agreement for RIMS computer software and services ("Agreement"); and <br /> <br />Whereas, the City and Contractor agree to reduce the Scope of Work as described in <br />Section 1 of Exhibit A of the Agreement, and described in further detail in the memo included as <br />Attachment 1. <br /> <br />Whereas, the City and Contractor agree to amend Section 4 of the Agreement, “Payment <br />Schedule” to include a credit in the amount of $25,849.18, which will be applied to the Year 2 <br />Total Payment cost. <br /> <br />Now, therefore, in exchange for valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Exhibit A of the Agreement, "Scope of Work" is amended to remove “RIMS <br />Officer Training Management Software” license and remove “RIMS Coplogic (LexisNexis) <br />Import Software.” Section 1 of Exhibit A shall read as follows: <br /> <br />Exhibit A Scope of Work <br /> <br />Section 1 – Software Licenses <br /> <br />The City has purchased the following software licenses: <br /> <br /> RIMS Computer Aided Dispatch Software <br /> RIMS Records Management Software <br /> RIMS Mobile Computer Software <br /> iRIMS Law Mobile App Software <br /> RIMS In-Station Mapping Software <br /> RIMS Mobile Mapping Software <br /> RIMS Property Room Bar Coding Software <br /> RIMS Citizen RIMS Public Access Software <br /> RIMS Collaborate Data Sharing Software <br /> <br />The City has purchased the following RIMS interface software: <br /> <br /> RIMS E911 Link <br /> RIMS State Link (CLETS) Software <br /> RIMS Text Paging Software <br /> RIMS AutoCite (Crossroads) Import Software <br /> RIMS Body Camera (AXON) Link Software <br /> RIMS to Crossroads Accident Import Software <br /> <br /> <br />2.
