PC-97-07 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FINDING THE PUD PREZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />FOR PONDEROSA HOMES, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-96-10, IS CONSISTENT <br />WITH THE GENERAL PLAN AND THE PURPOSES OF THE PUD ORDINANCE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ponderosa Homes has applied for prezoning to PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />_ Medium Density Residential and PUD development plan approval for a <br />360-unit, single-family development on an approximately 92 acre parcel located <br />at 3380 and 3450 Mohr Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is Unincorporated; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed meeting of January 22,1997, the Planning Commission after <br />considering all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this matter, recommended approval of the proposed <br />negative declaration prepared for Case PUD-96-1 0; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed prezoning to PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development) - Medium Density Residential and PUD development plan <br />approval for a 360-unit, single-family development on an approximately 92 acre <br />parcel located at 3380 and 3450 Mohr Avenue is consistent with the General Plan <br />and the purposes of the PUD ordinance. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Finds that the proposed prezoning to PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Medium <br />Density Residential and PUD development plan approval for a 360-unit, <br />single-family development on an approximately 92 acre parcel located at 3380 <br />and 3450 Mohr Avenue is consistent with the General Plan and the purposes of <br />the PUD ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br />
