Public Comments <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends the Planning Commission review the attached materials, hear public <br />comment, and provide comments to staff and the applicant on the project. <br />EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br />The applicant, on behalf of Resurrection Greek Orthodox Church, is proposing a Major <br />Modification to Planned Unit Development (PUD -114), Minor Subdivision, and Conditional Use <br />Permit to construct and operate a 9,792 -square -foot church and 24,971 -square -foot community <br />center on a 4.3 -acre portion of the 16 -acre Pleasant View Church of Christ site. The PUD <br />development plan currently allows for the subdivision of the 4.3 -acre portion of the property <br />into three lots to construct three new single-family residences, three second units, and <br />associated site improvements. The Zoning for the area of property north of the creek is PUD- <br />
