PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2003-24 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION FOR <br />REZONING AS FILED UNDER CASE PRZ-15 <br />WHEREAS, Glenn Kierstead (California Splash LLC) has applied for rezoning of an <br />approximately 10.77 acre parcel at 3320 Stanley Boulevard from Service <br />Commercial (C-S) District to Public and Institutional (P) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of June 25, 2003, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning the proposed rezoning; and <br />WHEREAS, on June 25, 2003, the Planning Commission considered the Mitigated Negative <br />Declaration prepared by the East Bay Regional Park District as lead agency, <br />deemed it adequate for considering the proposed rezoning, and determined that <br />none of the mitigation measures are relevant to the rezoning action; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed rezoning is consistent with the <br />General Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves the application of Glenn Kierstead (California Splash LLC) for rezoning <br />of an approximately 10.77 acre parcel at 3320 Stanley Boulevard from Service <br />Commercial (C-S) District to Public and Institutional (P) District, as shown on the <br />attached Exhibit "A." <br />
