PC-98-67 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF PEOPLES OFT, <br />INC.IHACIENDA MARKETING FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DESIGN <br />REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-30-76D AND <br />PUD-85-8-11D <br /> <br />WHEREAS, PeopleSof't, Inc./Hacienda Marketing has applied for PUD design review approval <br />to allow the construction of a master-planned office development consisting of <br />seven buildings totaling 999,702:1.: square feet and two parking garages on four <br />parcels ofland totaling 38.25:1.: acres located on Site 57 (Parcels A, B, and C) and <br />Site 56 in the Hacienda Park, and modifY the Owens Drive driveway and a portion <br />of the rear parking lot of the existing PeopleSof't office building to create an <br />integrated automobile and pedestrian circulation system with the proposed <br />development; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Industrial, <br />Commercial, and Offices District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of August 26,1998, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed project is within the scope ofthe Environmental Impact Report <br />prepared for the PUD approval for the entire Hacienda Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project satisfies the <br />design guidelines established for the Hacienda Business Park and that the <br />proposed development would be an attractive and compatible addition. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-81-30-76D and PUD-85-8-1ID, the application of <br />PeopleSof't, Inc.IHacienda Marketing for PUD design review approval to allow <br />the construction of a master-planned office development consisting of seven <br />buildings totaling 999,702:1.: square feet and two parking garages on four parcels <br />of land totaling 38.25:1.: acres located on Site 57 (Parcels A, B, and C) and Site 56 <br />in the Hacienda Park, and modifY the Owens Drive driveway and a portion of the <br />rear parking lot of the existing PeopleSof't office building to create an integrated <br />automobile and pedestrian circulation system with the proposed development, <br />subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of <br />this case by reference. <br />
