CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASA~NTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 788 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> FOR THE FINAL PHASE OF PUD 73-2, A COFR~ERCIAL <br /> CENTER LOCATED AT THE NORTH~EST CORNER OF SANTA <br /> RITA ROAD AND VALLEY AVENUE <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS <br /> Section 1. The final development plan for the final phase of <br /> <br /> PUD 73-2, consisting of approximately two acres of land designatedi <br /> for central commercial type uses, is approved. <br /> <br /> Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days <br /> after its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />Section 3. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br />(15) days after its adoption in "THE TIMES," a newspaper of <br />general circulation, published in the City of Pleasanton. <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on June 14, 1976. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Pleasanton on June 21, 1976, by the following vote: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Herlihy, Le ~ aire, Mercer and Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes ~ ~ ~i <br />Attest: 'R~ ~ert C.
