CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 781 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING §1-2.01, ARTICLE 1 (CITY COUNCIL), <br /> CHAPTER 2 (OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES), TITLE I (ADMINISTRATION~ <br /> OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. §l-2.01(Place of Meet~g) ofArticle 1 (City Council), <br /> Chapter 2 (Officers and Employees), of Title I of the Ordinance <br /> Code of the City of Pleasanton is amended in its entirety to read <br /> as follows: <br /> <br /> §1-2.01 Meetings of City Council. <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton shall <br /> by resolution establish the time, date and place <br /> for the conduct of its regular and special <br /> meetings within the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days <br /> after its adoption. <br /> <br /> Section 3. This Ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in the "TIMES," a newspaper of general <br /> circulation, published and circulated in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton on March 22, 1976. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton on April 12 , 1976, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Herlihy, LeClaire, Brandes, Mercer and <br /> Mayor Philcox <br /> NOES: None <br /> <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Attest: ROB ~T C.
