Mancini, by Hesolution No. 1573, <br /> <br /> dated January 6, 1936 the sum of one hundred thirty dollars ($150.00) for <br />"professional services rendered in preparing preliminary estim~tes, <br />reports, plans and specifications for the proposed improvement of portions <br />of Division Street and St. Marys Street", and whereas <br /> The Town of Pleasanton did transfer to the Special Gas Tax <br /> Street Improvement Fund, by Resolution No. 1674, dated December 5, 1938 <br /> the sum of Six Hundred Twenty-seven dollars sixty-six cents $627.66 in <br /> order to complete payments due Andrew J.
