CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1486 ORDINANCE APPROVING THE kPPLICATION OF JAMES AND SUSAN MCDOWELL FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT A NINE-PARCEL, SINGLE- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL PROJECT ON kPPROXIMATELY 3.75 ACRES LOCATED AT 2503 VINEY/LRD AVENUE WHEREAS, James and Susan McDowell applied to the City for development plan approval for construction of a nine- parcel, single-family residential project to be located on an approximately 3.75 acre site located at 2503 Vineyard Avenue; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 22, 1990, the Planning Commission denied the application; and WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal Code, the applicants submitted an appeal to the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on October 2, 1990; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on October 2, 1990; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The City Council grants the appeal and approves the development plan for a nine-parcel, single-family residential project to be located on an approximately 3.75 acre site located at 2503 Vineyard Avenue, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 2: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66.
