CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1498 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 1.04.080 TO THE <br /> PLEASEON MUNICIPAL CODE, CONCERNING TIME <br /> LIMITS FOR JUDICIAL REVIEW OF ADMINISTRATIVE <br /> DECISIONS <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Section ~: The Pleasanton Municipal Code is hereby amended by <br /> adding section 1.04,080 to read as follows: <br /> <br /> -1.04,080 Time Limit for Judicial Review - <br /> C.C.P. §1094.6/Notice <br /> A. Code of Civil Procedure, §1094.6 is <br /> hereby adopted for judicial review of any <br /> administrative decision or order of the City <br /> of Pleasanton, its commissions, boards, <br /> officers, or agents. <br /> <br /> B. Notice shall be provided to the party that the <br /> time within which judicial review must be sought is <br /> governed by Code of Civil Procedure §1094.6 and/or this <br /> section, <br /> <br /> Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a <br /> newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br /> of Pleasanton, <br /> <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> INTRODUCED at regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> pleasanton on February 19, 1991. <br /> <br /> <br />
