CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-23 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING DONNA GRAVES AS A MEMBER <br />OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />FOR A TERM EXPIRING FEBRUARY 1, 1982 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a vacancy has occurred on the Housing Authority Board <br /> of Commissioners; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has interviewed and evalutated the <br />qualifications of various individuals who are interested <br />in serving on the Housing Authority Board of Commissioners; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Ms. Donna Graves, 419 Mavis Drive, Pleasanton Cali- <br /> fornia, is hereby appointed to the Housing Authority <br /> Board of Commissioners to replace Howard Neely for a <br /> term expiring February 1, 1982. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION WAS ADOPTED JANUARY 22, 1980, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mercer, Wood and <br /> Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> i City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
