CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-9 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE CLAIM OF JOHN A. AND <br />JOYCE M. SALO <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton, on October 15, 1980, received <br />a claim filed on behalf of John A. and Joyce M. Salo <br />for damages arising from the alleged negligence of a <br />Pleasanton police officer; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on January 13, 1981, the City Council reviewed the <br /> claim and determined that it should be denied. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The claim presented October 15, 1980 on behalf of <br /> John A. and Joyce M.
