CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-255 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR <br />TRACT 3150, STONERIDGE TOWNtlOUSES PHASE I AND <br />II <br /> <br />Wt~REAS, <br /> <br />the construction of the public improvements for <br />Tract 3150, Stoneridge Townhouses Phase I and II, <br />has been completed and a maintenance bond has been <br />posted; and <br /> <br />acceptance of said improvements has been recommended <br />by the Director of Public Works and Utilities in his <br />report to the City Council dated August 4, 1981. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That the public improvements installed in Tract 3150, <br /> Stoneridge Townhouses Phase I and II are accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 11, 1981 BY TIE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />~v~ttorney <br /> <br /> <br />
