CITY COUNCIL OF THE CItY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALA2{EDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO81{53 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINOR SUBDIVISION AGREE~.NT FOR THE <br />PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS ON VINE STREET EXTENSION <br />(StlADOW CREEK CONDOMINIUMS) <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plan for <br />a minor subdivision, Parcel Map 3395, Shadow Creek, <br />have been submitted and checked by the Engineering <br />staff and the necessary corrections have been made <br />and the necessary inspection fees, bonds and agree- <br />ments received by the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by the <br /> City Council at its meeting of August 11, 1981. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASAlTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans for <br /> this minor subdivision, Parcel Map 3395, Shadow Creek, <br /> are hereby approved and accepted and the appropriate <br /> City officers are instructed to take whatever action <br /> necessary to implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the approprz <br /> the Minor Subdivision AgrE <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall t <br /> upon its passage and adopt <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 11, <br /> <br />.ate city officers to execute <br />!ement with Joseph E.
