CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALA}~EDA COUntrY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-252 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF THE CHANGE IN OI'~ER/DEVELOPER OF <br />TRACT 4671, LINVALE, UNIT 1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on April 14, 1981, Council approved the final map, <br />improvement plans and subdivision agreement for <br />Tract 4671, Linvale Unit 1, under the ownership of <br />SAVCO Construction Company; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />before construction of this subdivision, the property <br />was acquired by RWC Corporation, a California corpora- <br />tion dba Woodhill Development Company; and <br /> <br />in order to change the subdivision agreements to the <br />new owner/developer, it is necessary for the City <br />Council to approve the change in ownership. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the subdivision agreement under the new <br /> owner/developer, RWC Corporation, a California corpora- <br /> tion dba Woodhill Development Company. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate city officials to execute <br /> the subdivision agreement between the City of Pleasanton <br /> and RWC Corporation, a California corporation dba Woodhill <br /> Development Company. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 11, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr, l~od and i~ayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None ~~C <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> ER, MAYOR <br />_~a~mes R.
