CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALA}~EDA COU[~Y, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-248 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ADJUSTMENT TO SEI~R SERVICE <br />FEE RATE SCHEDULE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the 1981-82 proposed Operating Budget projected a <br />deficit balance in the Sewer Fund as of June 30, <br />1982; and <br /> <br />Brown and Caldwell, consulting engineers, were <br />authorized by DSRSD, the City of Pleasanton and <br />LAVWMA to prepare a study that would recommend a <br />rate schedule that would provide the necessary <br />revenues and at the same time be equitable to all <br />users; and <br /> <br />in 1978 the City entered into an agreement with <br />DSRSD that required the City to have the same sewer <br />connection fee as DSRSD, therefore, the City must <br />increase the sewer connection fee from $1,200 to <br />$1,400 to agree with the District. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Section IV, Subparagraph A of Resolution No. 77-123 <br /> is amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Regional Local <br />User Class DSRSD ~ity/Lav~na) Total <br />Residential: <br />(Dwelling Unit) <br />Single Family $ 11.50 $ 10.45 $ 21.95 <br />Multiple 5.95 5.05 11.00 <br /> <br />Commercial: <br />(hundred cubic feet) <br /> Bakeries <br /> Commercial Laundries <br /> Restaurants <br /> All other <br /> <br />.86 .43 1.29 ccf <br />.66 °49 1.15 <br />.99 .48 1.47 <br />.43 .37 .80 <br /> <br />Schools (ADA) <br />Fairgrounds <br /> <br />.92 .83 1.75 <br />.43 .37 .80 <br /> <br />Industrial: <br />(Cheese Factory, Winery, <br /> Kaiser, Septic Haulers) <br /> <br /> <br />
