CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-244 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING EXEMPTION FROM THE RESIDENTIAL <br />ALLOCATION PROGRA}{ FOR PUD-80-12 (DEER OAKS) <br /> <br />Wt{EREAS , <br /> <br />the Residential Allocation Program provides for <br />exemptions from the program for certain large lot <br />subdivisions; and <br /> <br />subdivisions meeting the criteria necessary for an <br />exemption must apply to the City Council for approval <br />of such an exemption; and <br /> <br />WHERF~AS, <br /> <br />PUD-80-12 (Deer Oaks) is classified under the 20,000 <br />sq. ft. lot special exemption and meets or can meet <br />the exemption criteria and general requirements. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, TIM CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the exemption of PUD-80-12 (Deer Oaks) <br /> from the Residential Allocation Program. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 28, 1981 BY T[~ FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Kephart ~~ ~ <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~ <br /> ER, .MAYOR <br />~Waiker, City Clerk <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FOP~.~: <br /> <br />H~ev~i~e,~ttorney <br /> <br /> <br />
