CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-243 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING EXEMPTION FROM THE RESIDENTIAL <br />ALLOCATION PROGRAM FOR TRACT 4781 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Residential Allocation Program provides for <br />exemptions from the program for certain large lot <br />subdivisions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />subdivisions meeting the criteria necessary for an <br />exemption must apply to the City Council for approval <br />of such an exemption; and <br /> <br />Tract 4781 is classified under the 20,000 sq. ft. <br />lot special exemption and meets or can meet the <br />exemption criteria and general requirements. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, TIm CITY COUNCIL OF TttE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the exemption of Tract 4781 from the <br /> Residential Allocation Program. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 28, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Kephart ~C~E'R ~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: · <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> i City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
