CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAmeDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 81-279 RESOLUTION APPROVING NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR PREZONING AN APPROXIMATELY NINE ACRE PARCEL LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF AMBER LANE APPROXI- MATELY 415 FEET SOUTH OF MOCKINGBIRD LANE TO R-i-20,000 (RESIDENTIAL SINGLE-FAMILY) WHEREAS, the City Council, at its meeting of August 25, 1981, received a proposed negative declaration for prezoning an approximately nine acre parcel located on the east side of Amber Lane approximately 415 feet south of Mockingbird Lane, which land is involved in Annexation No. 82, to R-I-20,000 (Residential Single-Family); and WltEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated August 6, 1981 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and ~{EREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and the WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WttEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed prezoning would not have any significant adverse effects on the environ- ment. NOW, THEREFORE, Tt~ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That a Negative Declaration be adopted for the prezoning of an approximately nine acre parcel located on the east side of Amber Lane approximately 415 feet south of Mockingbird Lane, which land is involved in Annexation No. 82 (Gamache), to R-i-20,000 (Residential Single- Family). Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 25, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr and Mayor Mercer NOES: Councilmember Wood
