CITY COUNCIL OF Tt~ CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-273 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION INITIATING PREZONING OF PARCEL BEING <br />ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF PLEASA~ON UNDER AI~]EXATION <br />NO. 91 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Pleasanton has directed <br />the City staff to prepare a formal resolution requesting <br />annexation and annexation application to LAFCO as filed <br />under Annexation No. 91; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />it is desirable to prezone properties coming into the <br />city limits to a zoning district consistent with the <br />General Plan so that said properties will not automatically <br />be put into an "S" (Study) District when they are annexed. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That application for prezoning to any zoning district <br /> consistent with the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton <br /> is hereby initiated for the following property: <br /> <br />Annexation No. 91 <br /> <br />Approximately 35 acres bounded by the Kamp Annexation, <br />Mohr Avenue, Martin Avenue and Trenery Drive. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 25, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWIi~ VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None ~ <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br />~ ames R.'~a~~ Clerk CER, MAYOR <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />}~n~e,~rney <br /> <br /> <br />
