CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-269 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MAP AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />AREAS TO BE RIPPED AND DISICED WEST OF INTERSTATE <br />HIGHWAY 680, SOUTH OF BERNAL AVENUE A~ NORTH OF <br />WESTERN PACIFIC RAILROAD TRACKS AiD NORTH OF <br />SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD TRACKS AND AUTttORIZATION <br />TO CALL FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his report <br />dated August 12, 1981, advised the City Council that <br />maps and specifications had been completed for the <br />restoration work required by our lease of City of San <br />Francisco Water Department property, and that said <br />maps and specifications have been reviewed by staff; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at its meeting of August 25, 1981, <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works <br />and Utilities relating to the project. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the maps and specifications for the areas to <br /> be ripped and disked west of Interstate Highway 680, <br /> south of Bernal Avenue and north of Western Pacific <br /> Railroad tracks and north of the Southern Pacific Railroad <br /> tracks pursuant to the requirements of the lease of <br /> City of San Francisco Water Department property. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON AUGUST 25, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~ <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk f. <br /> tt City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
