CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION I]0. 81-268 <br /> <br />APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF JULY, 1981 <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,283,733.81 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of August 25, 1981, a check <br />register and Financial Report were presented to the <br />City Council signifying expenditures for the month of <br />July, 1981; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the claims contained therein were for approved functions <br />of the City of Pleasanton which are necessary and proper <br />expenses of the City. <br /> <br />NOW, TtZREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASA~ON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Claims represented by checks numbered 033003-033330, <br /> 1012-1015, 341-343 and 763-764 dated from July 16, 1981 <br /> to August 4, 1981 in the total amount of $1,283,733.81 <br /> are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Financial Report dated July 31, 1981 has been <br /> reviewed and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall be effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 25, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />ATTE ST: <br /> CER, _~IAYORET <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Councilmembers Butler, <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />t City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
