CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAI~DA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 81-264 RESOLUTION APPROVING NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ZOi]ING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 108 UNIT TOWNHOUSE PROJECT LOCATED ON A 7.19 ACRE SITE II~MEDIATELY BEHIND THE SHOPPING CENTER ON PICO AVENUE BETWEEN TAWNY AND PALOMINO DRIVES WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 11, 1981, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for PUD zoning and development plan approval for a 108 unit townhouse project located on a 7.19 acre site immediately behind the shopping center on Pico Avenue between Tawny and Palomino Drives; and the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated April 27, 1981 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of mitigated negative declara- tions and environmental impact reports; and WHEKEAS, the City Council finds that the proposed PUD zoning and development plan approval would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, TIm CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the PUD zoning and development plan approval for a 108 unit townhouse project located on a 7.19 acre site immediately behind the shopping center on Pico Avenue between Tawny and Palomino Drives. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOTPED AUGUST 11, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
