CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COU~FY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0.81-300 RESOLUTION APPROVING NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR A REZONING OF AN APPROXI}~TELY TWO-THIRDS ACRE PARCEL AT 4225 STANLEY BOULEVARD FROM R-1-6500 (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO PUD-CO~RCIAL WtIEREAS, at its meeting of September 8, 1981, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for rezoning an approximately two-thirds acre parcel located at 4225 Stanley Boulevard from R~1-6500 (Single-Family Residential) District to PUD (Planned Unit Develop- ment-Commercial) District; and HIREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated July 2, 1981 and received the recommendations of approval from the staff and Planning Commission; and ~tEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the proposed environmental assessment; and WttEREAS , the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and ~EREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning would not have any significant adverse effects on the environ- ment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That a Negative Declaration be adopted for the rezoning of approximately two-thirds of an acre at 4225 Stanley Boulevard from R-1-6500 (Single-Family Residential) District to PUD (Planned Unit Development-Connnercial) District. Section 2: This resolution shall become effection immediately upon its passage and adoption.
