CITY COUNCIL OF TI~ CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-298 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL }~P AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR <br />TRACT 4821, HYDE PARK, W. Jo SCHWORER COMPANY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plans for <br />Tract 4821, Hyde Park, W, J. Schworer Company, have <br />been submitted and checked by the Engineering staff <br />and the necessary inspection fees, bonds and agreements <br />received by the Director of Public Works and Utilities; <br />and <br /> <br />I~HEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by the <br /> City Council at its meeting of September 8, 1981. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans for <br /> Tract 4821, Hyde Park, W. J. Schworer Company, are <br /> hereby approved and accepted and the appropriate city <br /> officers are instructed to take whatever action <br /> necessary to implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate city officers to execute <br /> the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 4821, Hyde Park. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 8, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ames R. <br /> is <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br />None <br />Councilmember Butler ~C <br />None <br /> <br />George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />H~vi~n~,~torney <br /> <br /> <br />
