CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 81-297 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF PLANS AND AGRE~NT FOR CONSTRUCTION <br />OF OFF-SITE WATER IMPROVEMENTS FOR PUD-81-2, <br />FARMERS INSURANCE GROUP, DUBLIN CANYON ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />plans for the construction of the off-site water <br />improvements for PUD-81-2, Farmers Insurance Group, <br />have been completed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the required inspection fees, bonds, insurance and <br /> agreements have been received; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the plans and agreement were reviewed by the City <br /> Council on September 8, 1981. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and agreement for construction <br /> of off-site water improvements for PUD-81-2, Farmers <br /> Insurance Group, Dublin Canyon Road. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officials to execute <br /> the Water Main Extension Agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 8, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br /> <br /> m R . ~ H . . , . <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Attorney <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />E.~evine, city Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
