CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COU~FY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-293 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE REPLASTERING OF THE DEEP WATER POOL AT <br />Tt~ AQUATIC CENTER, PROJECT NO. 80-15, AND <br />AUTHORIZATION TO CALL FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br />report dated September 2, 1981, advised the City <br />Council that plans and specifications had been <br />completed for the replastering of the deep water <br />pool at the Aquatic Center, Project No. 80-15, and <br />that said plans have been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEKEAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at its meeting of September 8, 1981, <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works <br />and Utilities relating to the project. <br /> <br />NOW, TttREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> replastering of the deep water pool at the Aquatic <br /> Center, Project No. 80-15. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />TItIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 8, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler ~T <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> TEST: ~~~./.~/ <br />By Doris Geroge, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />t he, City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
