CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA EOUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 81-290 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE COMPENSATION PACKAGE <br />FOR FISCAL YEAR 1981-82 FOR THE POSITION OF CITY <br />ATTORNEY <br /> <br />the City Attorney for the City of Pleasanton had an <br />approved compensation package for fiscal year 1980-81 <br />concluding on June 30, 1981; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Attorney submitted a request for modification <br /> of that package to the City Council in July, 1981; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council considered in an executive session <br />on August 25, 1981 the requested modification of the <br />compensation package from the City Attorney; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, following the executive session, the City Council <br /> returned to public session and adopted this resolution. <br /> <br />NOW, TttEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Attorney shall receive as full compensation <br /> that compensation package attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by reference as Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOTED ON AUGUST 25, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart Mo r Wo~.n~ <br />NOES: None ~R <br />ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> , MAYOR <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />~e4yE.M~evin~, ~erney <br /> <br /> <br />
