CITY COUi~CIL OF TIIE CITY OF PLEASAi]TON AI~I~EDA COUi~TY, CALIFOR~]IA RESOLUTIOU i]O. 81-315 A RESOLUTION K~fEiDIiIG %ESOLUTIOI] 170. 76-79 (ESTABLIStI- Ii]G TP&FFIC REGUT~TIONS FOR CITY STREETS) BY AI~EiIDII]G SECTlOll 3 (STOP INTERSECTIONS) BY ADDIi]G SUBSECTIONS 3h-2 AiID 3v-1 REGAPDIi]G FOUR-WAY STOP AT VALLEY Ai~D t[ANSEi] INTERSECTION I'~{EREAS, the City Council, on April 12, 1976, adopted Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets); and I~!EREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended R~solution i]o. 76-79; and I.~iEREAS, at its meeting of September 29, 1981, the City Council received and discussed a report dated September 23, 1981 from the Director of Public Uorks and Utilities related to a four-way stop at the intersection of Valley Avenue and llansen Drive; and I/tlE2,.EAS , it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution No. 76-79 to erect a four-way stop sign at the intersection of Valley Avenue and tlansen Drive. NOW, TttEREFORE, TIiE CITY COUiICIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASAi]TOU RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Resolution Uo, 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended by adding subsections 3h-2 and 3v-1 as follows: 3h-2 Hansen Drive, at Valley Avenue; stopping traffic on Ilansen Drive in bot[ directions. 3v-1 Valley Avenue, at t!ansen Drive; stopping traffic on Valley Avenue in both directions. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
