CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-314 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF 1980-81 ALAI-IEDA COUNTY SUPPORT FUNDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton's share of the 1980-81 Alameda <br /> County Support Funds was $50,343.00; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Alameda County each year requires that the recipients <br />of the support funds (formerly Mayor's Formula Funds) <br />give an accounting of the monies received; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all of the 1980-81 allocation was applied to the Peters <br /> Avenue, St. Mary Street to St. John Street Project; and <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities prepared <br />a report dated September 21, 1981 outlining the <br />expenditure of the funds and requesting approval of <br />the application by resolution. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the report of planned expenditures of its <br /> fiscal 1980-81 County Support for City Streets appropria- <br /> tion pursuant to the attached schedule. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the City Clerk to transmit a copy of this <br /> resolution, together with Exhibit A, to the Board <br /> of Supervisors of Alameda County and to such other <br /> persons as may request a copy of said resolution. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPT~{BER 29, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br />ABSTAIN: None ~~R, <br />ATTEST: .
