CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAFiEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-311 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT <br />TO DEETZ CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR THE DEMOLITION OF <br />HOUSES AT 208, 209 AND 211 WEST ANGELA STREET, <br />PROJECT 81-14. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Deetz Construction, Inc. for the demolition of <br /> houses at 208,209 and 211 West Angela Street has <br /> progressed satisfactorily to the point at which Final <br /> Progress Payment is in order. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. That the Finance Officer be instructed to prepare a <br />warrant in the amount of $6,269.40 in favor of Deetz <br />Construction, Inc., in satisfaction of Final Progress <br />Payment for the work performed on the demolition of <br />houses at 208, 209 and 211 West Angela Street. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of <br /> Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3.
