CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 81-310 APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR TRACT 4827,~W00DMEADOWS, AND ACCEPTANCE OF A PARK LAND DEDICATION FROM CHANG SU-O LIN, RWC dSa WOODHILL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY a final subdivision map and improvement plan for Tract 4827, Woodmeadows, have been submitted and checked by the Engineering staff and the necessary inspection fees, bonds and agreements received by the Director of Public Works and Utilities; and WHEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by the City Council at its meeting of September 29, 1981; and WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of a Grant Deed from Chang Su-0 Lin to the City of Pleasanton for land to be used as a park; and WHEREAS, the City Council received a report from the Director of Public Works and Utilities indicating that the acceptance of this deed is in the public interest. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans for Tract 4827, Woodmeadows, are hereby approved and accepted and the appropriate City officers are instructed to take whatever action necessary to implement said approval. Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to execute the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 4827, Woodmeadows, with RWC California dba Woodhill Development Company. Section 3: The Grant Deed from Chang Su-O Lin to the City of Pleasanton for real property to be used as park land is hereby accepted and the appropriate City officers are instructed to take whatever action necessary to implement said acceptance. Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 29, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
