CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASA~.FFON <br /> <br />ALAiIEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-309 <br /> <br />APPROVING CLAIMS FOR TIIE MONTH OF AUGUST 1981 <br />IN TIm AMOUNT OF $646,704.58 <br /> <br />WtlEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of September 29, 1981, <br />a check register and Financial Report were presented <br />to the City Council signifying expenditues for the month <br />of August, 1981; and <br /> <br />~IEREAS, <br /> <br />the claims contained therein were for approved functions <br />of the City of Pleasanton x~hich are necessary and proper <br />expenses of the City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Claims represented by Checks Nos. 033331-033695, <br /> 344 and 765 dated from August 11, 1981 to August 27, <br /> 1981, in the total amount of $646,704.58 are hereby <br /> approved. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Financial Report dated August 31, 1981, has been <br /> reviewed and apDroved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTemBER 29, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br /> <br /> W~ <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROV AS TO FOP~M: ~ <br />H rv .
