CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 81-304 RESOLUTION APPROVING NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR PREZONING AN APPROXIMATELY 51 ACRE PARCEL LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF FOOTttlLL ROAD, DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM FOOTHILL ttlGH SCHOOL TO A (AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT ~tEREAS, at its meeting of September 8, 1981, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for prezoning an approximately 51 acre parcel located on the west side of Foothill Road directly across from Foothill High School, which land is involved in Annexation No. 84, to A (Agricultural); and ~aIEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated August 6, 1981 and received the recommenda- tions of the staff and Planning Commission; and WttEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed prezoning; and WltEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guide- lines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS the City Council finds that the proposed prezoning would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That a Negative Declaration be adopted for the prezoning of an approximately 51 acre parcel located on the west side of Foothill Road, directly across from Foothill High School, which land is involved in Annexation No. 84, to A (Agricultural) District. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
