CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-302 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR DEVELOPmeNT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 21-UNIT TO~a{OUSE <br />DEVELOPmeNT TO BE LOCATED ON THE NORTIt SIDE OF DEL <br />VALLE PARKWAY APPROXIMATELY 200 FEET EAST OF THE <br />INTERSECTION OF HARVEST ROAD AND DEL VALLE PARKWAY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of September 8, 1981, the City Council <br />received a proposed mitigated negative declaration for <br />development plan approval for a 21-unit townhouse <br />development to be located on the north side of Del Valle <br />Parkway approximately 200 feet east of the intersection <br />of Harvest Road and Del Valle Parkway; and <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br />Study dated August 4, 1981 and received the recommenda- <br />tions of the Staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time <br />the public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br />accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines <br />governing the preparation of mitigated negative declara- <br />tions and environmental impact reports; and <br /> <br />WttEREAS, <br /> <br />the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated <br />that there may be significant impacts upon the environ- <br />ment, but that conditions of approval would render these <br />potential impacts insignificant. <br /> <br />IIOW, Tt~REFORE, TIm CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the <br /> development plan approval for a 21-unit to~.mhouse <br /> development to be located on the north side of Del Valle <br /> Parkway approximately 200 feet east of the intersection <br /> of Harvest Road and Del Valle Parkway, subject to <br /> mitigating conditions numbers 2, 3 and 4 as set forth <br /> in Exhibit "A" attached to Ordinance No. 995 and incorpo- <br /> rated herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Council finds that based upon the review of the <br /> Initial Study, and the testimony and documentary evidence <br /> presented at the public hearing that there may be <br /> significant impacts on the environment, but that conditions <br /> listed in Section 1 as mitigations render these potential <br /> impacts insignificant. <br /> <br /> <br />
