CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 81-302 RESOLUTION APPROVING MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR DEVELOPmeNT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 21-UNIT TO~a{OUSE DEVELOPmeNT TO BE LOCATED ON THE NORTIt SIDE OF DEL VALLE PARKWAY APPROXIMATELY 200 FEET EAST OF THE INTERSECTION OF HARVEST ROAD AND DEL VALLE PARKWAY WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 8, 1981, the City Council received a proposed mitigated negative declaration for development plan approval for a 21-unit townhouse development to be located on the north side of Del Valle Parkway approximately 200 feet east of the intersection of Harvest Road and Del Valle Parkway; and the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated August 4, 1981 and received the recommenda- tions of the Staff and Planning Commission; and a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of mitigated negative declara- tions and environmental impact reports; and WttEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated that there may be significant impacts upon the environ- ment, but that conditions of approval would render these potential impacts insignificant. IIOW, Tt~REFORE, TIm CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the development plan approval for a 21-unit to~.mhouse development to be located on the north side of Del Valle Parkway approximately 200 feet east of the intersection of Harvest Road and Del Valle Parkway, subject to mitigating conditions numbers 2, 3 and 4 as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached to Ordinance No. 995 and incorpo- rated herein by reference. Section 2: Council finds that based upon the review of the Initial Study, and the testimony and documentary evidence presented at the public hearing that there may be significant impacts on the environment, but that conditions listed in Section 1 as mitigations render these potential impacts insignificant.
