CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-335 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR <br />TRACT 4863, SANTA RITA INDUSTRIAL PARK, RHEEM <br />INVESTMENT GROUP <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plan for <br />Tract 4863, Santa Rita Industrial Park, Rheem Invest- <br />ment Group, have been submitted and checked by the <br />Engineering staff and the necessary inspection fees, <br />bonds and agreements received by the Director of <br />Public Works and Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by the <br /> City Council at its meeting of October 13, 1981. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans for <br /> Tract 4863, Santa Rita Industrial Park, Rheem Investment <br /> Group, are hereby approved and accepted and the appropriate <br /> City officers are instructed to take whatever action <br /> necessary to implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropraite City officers to execute <br /> the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 4863, Santa Rita <br /> Industrial Park. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 13, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br /> TEST: <br /> ames R. <br /> <br />Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br />None ~R~C~~ <br />None <br />None <br /> <br /> , Cit erk <br />George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />.lne~,' City orney <br /> <br /> <br />
