CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-322 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED PROJECTS TO BE FUNDED <br />WITH FEDERAL HOUSING AI'~ CO~UNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT <br />FUNDS FOR 1982-85 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Planning and Community Development <br />submitted a report dated September 21, 1981 regarding <br />projects proposed to be funded with Federal Housing <br />and Community Development Act funds for the next three <br />years (1982-85); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a public hearing was held on September 2, 1981 before <br />the Human Services Commission to discuss the projects <br />and consider additional ideas; and <br /> <br />~REAS, <br /> <br />on September 29, 1981, a public hearing was held before <br />the City Council at which time the 8th, 9th and 10th <br />year recommended projects were reviewed. <br /> <br />NOW, Tt~REFORE, TIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves those projects listed on the attached Exhibit <br /> "A" for the next three program years (1982-85) for Housing <br /> and Community Development Act funds. <br /> <br />Section 2: Staff is directed to submit these projects to Alameda <br /> County for final application to the Department of Housing <br /> and Urban Development. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 29, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br />ABSTAIN: None ~~R~~ <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />~~vin~~rney <br /> <br /> <br />
