CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASA%~ON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUi~Y, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-358 <br /> <br />APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER, <br />1981 IN THE AMOUNT OF $712,547.19 <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of October 27, 1981, a <br />check register and Financial Report were presented <br />to the City Council signifying e}~penditures for the <br />month of September, 1981; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the claims contained therein were for approved functions <br />of the City of Pleasanton which are necessary and proper <br />expenses of the City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Claims represented by Checks Nos. 033696-034076 and <br /> 0345 dated from September 11, 1981 to September 30, 1981, <br /> in the total amount of $712,547.19 are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Financial Report dated September 30, 1981 has <br /> been reviewed and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall be effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 27, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~~CR,~~YOR <br /> <br />APPROV AS TO FORM: <br />~ lne,~C ~ney <br /> <br /> <br />
