CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-355 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF RAP EXEMPTION FOR FOOTHILL KNOLLS <br />PROJECT, TRACT 4768, FOR LOTS 20,000 SQI~RE <br />FEET OR MORE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Residential Allocation Program provides for <br />exemptions from the program for certain large lot <br />subdivisions; and <br /> <br />~.~tERRAS, <br /> <br />subdivisions meeting the criteria necessary for an <br />exemption must apply to the City Council for approval <br />of such an exemption; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Foothill Knolls project contains lots both larger <br /> and smaller than 20,000 sq. ft.; and <br /> <br />only those lots over 20,000 sq. ft. could be exempted <br />under the provision of the Residential Allocation <br />Program Section2-20.21; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Tract 4768 is classified under the 20,000 sq. ft. lot <br />specialexemption and meets or can meet the exemption <br />criteria and general requirements. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Grants the Residential Allocation Program exemption <br /> for those lots over 20,000 sq. ft. subject to the <br /> condition that applicant separates all such lots in <br /> excess of 20,000 sq. ft. into a separate project or <br /> phase. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 13, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br /> <br /> Doris George, Deputy City Clerk ~vin~, City Atto~O~'~rney <br /> <br /> <br />
