CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO, 81-353 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL FOR <br />THE NEW POLICE FACILITY TO BE LOCATED AT THE <br />CIVIC CENTER COI%PLEX <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on September 16, 1981, the Planning Commission <br />recommended approval of and application for design <br />approval for an approximately 17,000 s~. ft. police <br />facility proposed to be constructed on the civic <br />center site south of City Hall; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Planning and Community Development <br />submitted a report dated October 8, 1981 together <br />with his report to the Planning Commission dated <br />September 16, 1981 recommending approval of the <br />design and suggesting various conditions; and <br /> <br />the property is in the C-O (Civic Overlay) District <br />and therefore final design approval must be made by <br />the City Council, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Approves case Z-81-78, the new police facility to be <br />constructed on the civic center site south of City Hall, <br />subject to all conditions on Exhibit A, which is attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 13, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephartj Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~ <br /> am <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FO~: <br /> <br />yE.~ne~Ci/ty~ e y <br /> <br /> <br />
